Project Management will always be a subject of debate because it involves the management of change. Contemporary and traditional organizations alike are realizing that the traditional form of management cannot deal with the dynamics of the modern economic, social and business environment. The two critical factors for project success that most experts can agree on, however, are a well-developed project plan and an experienced project team. American Government Services is currently providing project management services and support services to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on a number of projects, including the Florida Keys Project. With a unanimous vote by Governor Bush and the Florida Cabinet, this plan to accelerate acquisition and conservation of over 6,400 acres along the Florida Keys began.
