Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer
Krystal is integrally involved with all financial aspects of the company from accounts payable and receivable to providing quotes on prospective projects and compliance of insurance requirements for existing project contracts. She establishes and maintains all master contract folders and handles all amendments. She is responsible for budget preparation, analysis and projections. She provides monthly reports to the management team and to financial institutions regarding the financial status of the company.

Krystal is the key contact person for all company insurance related matters including commercial/general liability, building and contents, errors and omissions, Workman’s Compensation, Surety & Fidelity Bonds and manages all reporting and remittance duties for underwriting (LandAmerica, United General & Old Republic). Krystal manages and reconciles all bank accounts including escrow accounts, operating, money market, payroll and underwriting.

In addition to her financial duties, Krystal oversees Human Resource activities including payroll service, benefits administration, employee financial personnel folders, employee insurance and IRA accounts.
